What is Sex & Intimacy Coaching?
This is a stimulating therapeutic relationship you have initiated with your coach marked by trust, compassion, and collaborative guidance. It is here to celebrate and support your authentic self-expression and exploration in the realms of sexuality, pleasure, and intimate relationships.
You will learn the art of erotic embodiment, relational attunement, and showing up fully as you are in a mutually vulnerable and secure relationship with your coach. Through experiential exercises, you will gain effective intimacy skills and a new level of sexual empowerment leading to erotic fulfilment.
The Somatica® Method
A revolutionary approach informed by neuroscience and attachment theory, that combines talk-based coaching with experiential, hands-on practices to help you learn the techniques to deepen intimate relationships and improve your sexual health. This is made possible through relational interactions involving touch, movement, breath, and mindful practices aimed to expand your capacity for intimacy and enrich your relationships with the love and erotic pleasure you desire.

We will retrain your attention to rely on your body as a pathway to pleasure, sexual arousal & expression, deeper self-understanding and emotional connection, as opposed to living a disconnected life from your head.

Emotional and erotic intimacy are learnable, and pleasure is the best tool for transformation.
We are going to have fun creating a relationship lab together and practice intimacy tools in real-time with each other. These experimentations are activating and potent for learning via direct experience within a relevant relational context. We will navigate desires, boundaries, disappointment, touches, attachment needs, triggers, and so much more.

Tailored to your unique goals, I will hold your hand and walk you through realistic stages of relationship building from forming attachment to navigating individual differences and setting boundaries.
Our sessions can oscillate between comforting nurturance and uneasy challenges since a moderate dose of discomfort is a great catalyst for growth. Learning how to navigate difficult emotions and conflicts together will strengthen the therapeutic relationship bond and trust, and rehearse your capacity to stay connected with your loved ones in real life conflicts.

Humans are relational beings. Experiences of real intimacy happen when the desire for closeness, care, and openness is transmitted from one body to another. Therefore, the felt sense in your body and the relational context are keys to learning how to be intimate.
The very first intimacy starts with our relationship with our parents, then evolves to friendships, and adult erotic relationships. An emotionally available and safe coaching relationship can help you develop essential intimacy skills that you might not have gained from previous relationships, while also reforming old patterns that hinder intimacy.

In my counseling practice as a relational sex therapist, I celebrate your sexuality and welcome explorations around your sexual self and erotic relationships. I approach this sexual area pretty similar to how I facilitate your growth in other areas focused on healing past wounds and patterns, while improving understanding and acceptance towards yourself.
From my role as a coach, I can become more than just a safe container and a talking guide for you, but can extend my whole self as a vessel for your learning and skill building as we incorporate touches and erotic energies into the mix.
Like therapy, a coaching relationship is here for you, confidential and collaborative, in support of your goals and growth. You get to explore everything that’s blocking you from living your best erotic life and more in the safe and unconditionally accepting container cocreated between you and your coach.
Unlike therapy, which is physically hands-off and one-way caregiving, my coaching uses the pioneering method of Somatica® characterized by experiential and embodied two-way practices. Like a sensual relationship lab, we will explore touch, vulnerable feelings, erotic energies and relational dynamics in service of your learning through potent direct experiences. All exercises are done within professionally defined boundaries.
Since the regulation of traditional therapy excludes the application of touch-oriented experiential methods, I cannot bill coaching sessions under psychotherapy or counselling services. It will be billed separately and won’t be covered by your insurance company.
